WHEN REPORTING A BUG

Please include

  • The product and version. Version shows on the welcome dialog the first time AnansiBuild loads, and is also embedded in %AppData%\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\AnansiBuild.bundle\Contents\2026\AnansiBuild.addin (or 2027\ for Revit 2027).
  • Your Revit version (2026 or 2027)
  • Your Windows version
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
  • A screenshot or short screen recording, if relevant
  • The .rvt file or a representative sample, if you can share it (we'll respect confidentiality)

REPORTING SECURITY ISSUES

Responsible disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in any RohoSuite product, please report it privately rather than publicly. Email support@rohosuite.com with [SECURITY] in the subject and include:

  • The product and version affected
  • A description of the vulnerability and its impact
  • Steps to reproduce, if available
  • Any relevant proof-of-concept code or files

We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, work on a fix promptly, and credit the reporter (with permission) in the release notes once the fix ships. Please do not disclose the issue publicly until a fix is available.
